Before becoming a realtor, Neil was a public servant, serving 28 years with the Columbus Ohio Division of Police, retiring as a Police Detective Sergeant for 18 years of his total 28 years. Now he uses his public servant’s heart, mindset, listening skills and experience to consult, negotiate and oversee the details of all aspects involving the real estate transaction(s).
In Neil’s personal time, he enjoys quality time with his wife Barbara, attends church and trains in the martial arts of which he holds a 8th degree black belt, was inducted in to the USA International Black Belt Hall of Fame in 2016, UK Hall of Fame in 2018, and is a (7) times Gold Medalist World Karate Champion.
When Neil’s ongoing love of real estate led him to become licensed in 2002, he didn't stop with just getting a Ohio real estate license. He regularly invests in additional courses to sharpen his skills gaining the extra knowledge needed to excel in listing and selling properties.
